Terms of use

These terms govern access to the Funding Server CRM (the "Service") operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Funding Server"). The Service is available only to people given an account by Funding Server or by an enrolled brokerage. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or two-factor device.
Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Tell your administrator at once if a device is lost or you suspect misuse.
Your brokerage or Funding Server may suspend or remove access at any time.

Acceptable use

Use merchant information only to process the financing request the merchant made, and only within your role.
Do not export, copy, photograph or forward merchant data outside the Service except as your role requires.
Do not try to access another brokerage's or processing company's data, probe the Service's security, or bypass its controls.
Respect contact preferences: never call or text a merchant marked Do Not Call or opted out, and follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable telemarketing rules.

Monitoring

Activity in the Service is logged (sign-ins, views of sensitive fields, edits, downloads, exports, deletions and outbound funder emails) and may be reviewed.

Data ownership
